This position is structured as a fully remote role, enabling you to work from any location within California, ideally from your home office or a designated professional space that is HIPAA-compliant. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver individual, couples, and family therapy sessions through secure, HIPAA-compliant video conferencing platforms.
• Conduct thorough intake assessments, formulate personalized treatment plans, and track client progress toward therapeutic goals.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, adapting interventions to suit the individual needs and circumstances of each client.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in our electronic health record (EHR) system to ensure continuity of care.
• Engage in optional peer consultations and team meetings to foster collaboration and shared learning opportunities among colleagues.
• Coordinate care with other healthcare providers, as needed, to enhance the comprehensive support available to clients.
• Uphold professional and ethical standards as dictated by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS).

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our client base is diverse, encompassing individuals facing a variety of challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, stress management, relationship issues, identity exploration, and significant life transitions. We prioritize culturally responsive care, which means you will have the opportunity to work with clients from various socioeconomic backgrounds, including marginalized communities such as LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC populations. Understanding, respect, and empathy are essential as you navigate these sensitive topics with clients.

Qualifications

• An active LCSW license in California, with a requirement to reside in the state.
• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.
• At least one year of post-licensure clinical experience, preferably in a therapeutic setting.
• Familiarity with teletherapy platforms or the willingness to acquire technology skills for effective remote service delivery.
• A private and professional space for conducting virtual sessions while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Strong clinical writing and documentation capabilities to maintain accurate patient records.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, demonstrating self-motivation and excellent time management skills.

Preferred Experience

• Specialized training in therapeutic modalities such as EMDR, DBT, CBT, ACT, trauma-informed care, or somatic therapies.
• Experience working specifically with vulnerable populations or young adults, including understanding diverse mental health needs and barriers.

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers an attractive compensation package ranging from $90,000 to $110,000 annually, dependent on experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
