Position Overview

Hollow Bay Wellness is seeking a dedicated and skilled Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in a fully remote capacity. In this full-time position, you will deliver compassionate mental health support to individuals, families, and couples via secure telehealth platforms, contributing significantly to the healing journey of our clients.

Work Environment

This role is set within a dynamic and supportive detox center context, allowing for a unique integration of social work and addiction recovery services. Our remote work setting offers the flexibility to shape your practice according to your interests while ensuring that you receive the necessary support from our dedicated team. We utilize advanced, HIPAA-compliant telehealth technologies that enable effective and secure client interactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct individual, couple, or family therapy sessions through telehealth, focusing on trauma-informed care.
• Collaborate with clients to develop personalized treatment plans that are culturally responsive and emphasize strengths.
• Maintain comprehensive and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment plans using our streamlined Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.
• Participate in optional peer consultations and professional development opportunities to continuously enhance your clinical skills.
• Deliver care that aligns with various clinical orientations, including but not limited to somatic, relational, and integrative approaches.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work primarily with clients undergoing detoxification and seeking support for a range of issues related to substance use, mental health concerns, and relational challenges. Your role is critical in providing a safe and affirming space for clients to explore their experiences and embark on their path to recovery.

Qualifications

• Possession of an active and unrestricted LCSW license in California.
• A bachelor's degree in social work or a related field, with a focus on clinical practices.
• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in a clinical setting; telehealth experience is advantageous.
• Proficiency with EHR systems, telehealth platforms, and essential remote work tools.
• Ability to maintain compliance with BBS and HIPAA regulations, ensuring client confidentiality and ethical practice.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working with diverse populations and providing culturally competent care.
• Familiarity with integrative therapeutic approaches and the ability to adapt techniques according to client needs.
• A strong foundation in documentation and administrative tasks relevant to mental health practice.

Compensation and Benefits

The starting salary for this position ranges from $90,000.00 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition to competitive compensation, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off (PTO), paid holidays, and reimbursement for continuing education units (CEUs).
