Sodexo is seeking a full-time or two part-time Dietitians to join the Nutrition Services team at Carroll Lutheran Home, a 72-bed continuing care retirement community in Westminster, MD, conveniently located just 40 minutes from Baltimore.

Be part of a forward-thinking team shaping the future of food and nutrition product development. In this role, you’ll spearhead menu and recipe innovation that meets strategic objectives, delights customers, and ensures smooth operational delivery through teamwork, ingenuity, and attention to detail.


The role of an individual contributor within the organization focuses on completing specific tasks and projects; contributing directly through their skills and expertise. Performs specialized technical tasks to support operations. Work is primarily achieved independently, however may collaborate with a team.

Pay Range: $67405 per year - $87230 per year

Requirements

  • Education Requirement: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Management Experience: 3 years
  • Related Experience: 3 years
