Job Summary

A growing telehealth team is seeking a Massachusetts Licensed Mental Health Counselor to provide online therapy services to clients seeking steady, professional mental health care. This role is focused on helping clients better understand their challenges, develop practical coping tools, and move toward realistic treatment goals.

You will provide therapy through a remote platform, complete clinical documentation, and help clients work through concerns such as anxiety, mood changes, trauma-related symptoms, family stress, work pressure, grief, and major life changes. This position is ideal for an LMHC who wants a structured remote role with dependable full-time compensation.

Responsibilities

  • Provide scheduled virtual therapy sessions for clients located in Massachusetts
  • Gather clinical information during intake and ongoing sessions
  • Develop care plans that are specific, realistic, and clinically appropriate
  • Help clients identify patterns, strengthen coping skills, and work toward treatment goals
  • Record clinical notes, assessments, and updates in the electronic health record
