• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client, including pre-crisis and crisis plans, behavioral guidelines, and risk assessments.
• Document all client interactions and treatment processes in accordance with regulatory standards, ensuring timely and accurate submission of necessary paperwork.
• Utilize evidence-based assessment tools to provide insights into clients' mental health and progress.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design and implement positive behavior support plans tailored to enhance client outcomes.
• Engage in licensing and accreditation processes, actively participating in ongoing training and compliance initiatives.
• Serve as a vital liaison to various service systems, state agencies, and community partners to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.
• Maintain open lines of communication with stakeholders to promote successful program outcomes and align with the organizational mission.
• Develop and nurture relationships with local, state, and federal organizations to identify potential partnerships and funding opportunities that benefit our programs.
• Pursue opportunities for personal and professional enhancement by attending relevant conferences, workshops, and participating in statewide initiatives.
• Embody and promote the agency's mission, values, and principles in all aspects of your work.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director.

As an LMHC with Together Counseling Services, you will primarily work with a diverse population, including individuals facing mental health challenges, substance abuse issues, developmental disabilities, and residential programming needs. You will play a crucial role in facilitating recovery and building a supportive environment that empowers clients to live their best lives.

• A Master’s Degree in a mental health field is required.
• Possession of an independent LMHC license is essential.
• Previous experience in a counseling or clinical setting is preferred but not mandatory.

• Experience working with diverse populations and individuals with complex needs.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices and therapeutic methodologies.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
