Licensed Therapist (LMHC / LCSW)

Job Summary:

Visiting Wellness, a leading provider of home-based rehabilitation services, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pediatric Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC, LCSW) to join our growing behavioral health team. As a Licensed Therapist, you will provide evidence-based mental health services to pediatric and adolescent patients in their homes throughout Florida. This is an excellent opportunity for clinicians who are passionate about supporting children and families while enjoying schedule flexibility, clinical support, and meaningful work in a collaborative environment.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments for children and adolescents, including psychosocial history, symptoms, and strengths

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with patient goals and evidence-based practices

  • Provide individual and family therapy using evidence-based modalities such as CBT, mindfulness-based approaches, and solution-focused therapy

  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team, including social workers and other healthcare professionals

  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans, in compliance with ethical and legal standards

  • Participate in ongoing training, supervision, and professional development opportunities

  • Adhere to all ethical guidelines and professional standards of practice

Job Qualifications:

  • Master's degree or higher in Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution

  • Active Florida State LMHC, LCSW, license in good standing — required

  • Experience providing therapy services to children and adolescents — required

  • Strong assessment, diagnostic, and treatment-planning skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with children and families

  • Ability to work independently in a home health environment

  • Minimum 2 years of clinical experience providing direct therapy services preferred

Job Details:

  • Location: Winter Garden, FL (34787)

  • Schedule Flexibility: Choose your own hours; day and evening availability available Monday through Friday, with weekend opportunities as needed
