What Youโ€™ll Do:
Provide high-quality, client-centered individual therapy (in-person and via telehealth) to a diverse outpatient caseload.

  • Conduct diagnostic assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and maintain timely clinical documentation.
  • Provide a minimum of 8 client contact hours per week.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive, coordinated care.
  • Uphold the highest clinical standards in accordance with BAMSI, DPH, DMH, and CARF regulations.


What You Bring:

  • Licensure: Current, independent Massachusetts license as an LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, Ph.D., or Psy.D. required.
  • Education: Masterโ€™s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related clinical field.
  • Skills:
    • Sensitivity to cultural diversity.
    • Excellent communication, time-management, and organizational skills.
    • Ability to work independently and maintain a flexible caseload.
