Job description: Clinical Supervisor LMHC (ONLY)

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Provide direct clinical supervision staff/interns/clinicians directly, carrying out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the agency's policies and procedures
  • Maintain a small client caseload
  • Support supervises in meeting productivity requirements
  • Monitor caseloads & related duties, coordinate activities of staff providing services to meet the treatment plan goals of individuals and families.
  • Oversee clinical documentation to ensure compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards.
  • Provide clinical coverage
  • Collaborate on annual reviews of assigned clinicians
  • Coordinate clinical presentations for staff meeting
  • Attend Staff Meeting
  • Attend Supervisors Meeting
  • Maintain billable hours based on contract
  • Perform other duties as assigned as the program evolves and needs change

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Master's degree in Mental Health, Counseling, Psychology or similar degree
  • Must be independently licensed as an LMHC
  • Minimum 3 years' post-licensed
  • Familiar with the provision of services via telehealth and management of a remote workforce

License/Certification:

  • 3 years post-license (Required)
  • LMHC (Required)
