This full-time position, operating remotely but affiliated with our outpatient office in Salem, Oregon, offers a salary range of USD 86,000 – 103,000 per year. • Conduct comprehensive assessments and create treatment plans that include pre-crisis and crisis strategies, personalized behavioral guidelines, and risk assessments.
• Timely documentation completion that adheres to regulatory standards and ensures compliance with licensing requirements.
• Utilize evidence-based screening tools as directed by the clinical team to support consistency in patient evaluation and care.
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to implement positive behavior support plans that foster client engagement and progress.
• Participate fully in licensing and accreditation processes to uphold the high standards of Blue Ridge Behavioral Health.
• Develop partnerships with state agencies and community organizations, acting as a liaison to enhance client access to resources.
• Communicate openly and effectively with team members to maintain alignment with contract standards and the organization’s mission.
• Engage in personal and professional growth activities such as attending conferences and participating in community task forces relevant to mental health.
• Promote and embody the values and philosophy of Blue Ridge Behavioral Health in all interactions.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Clinic Director, contributing to the overall function of the outpatient office.

As an LMHC at Blue Ridge, you will support a diverse client population including individuals navigating emotional distress, those in recovery from substance use, and clients with developmental disabilities or brain injuries. Your focus will be on providing tailored therapeutic interventions that empower clients to achieve stability and growth in their lives.

• A Master’s Degree in a behavioral health field is required.
• An independent LMHC license issued by the state board is mandatory.
• Proficiency in maintaining clinical records and preparing detailed reports.
• A strong ability to work cooperatively in an interdisciplinary team environment.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas effectively and make independent, informed decisions.

• Experience in outpatient mental health settings is a plus.
• Knowledge of evidence-based practices for various mental health conditions.
• Familiarity with community resource systems and inter-agency collaboration.
