Frontier Counseling Services is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) to join our team in a full-time remote telehealth capacity. • Conduct comprehensive assessments and create tailored treatment plans in collaboration with clients, including pre-crisis and crisis intervention strategies.
• Ensure all case documentation is completed accurately and timely, adhering to regulatory standards and internal protocols.
• Utilize evidence-based screening tools and methodologies to enhance clinical decision-making and client care.
• Develop and collaborate on the implementation of positive behavior support plans with cross-functional teams to address client needs effectively.
• Actively engage in the licensing and accreditation processes, contributing to the clinic's operational excellence.
• Establish effective communication and collaborative relationships with local, state, and federal agencies to facilitate comprehensive care and resource sharing.
• Participate in community outreach and engagement activities to promote our services and contribute to the community's overall mental health landscape.
• Pursue opportunities for personal and professional growth, such as attending workshops, conferences, and statewide meetings relevant to mental health practices.
• Uphold and promote the mission and core values of Frontier Counseling Services in all interactions.
• Assume additional responsibilities as designated by the Clinic Director to support organizational objectives.

• A Master’s Degree in a relevant mental health field is required.
• An active and independent Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) credential.
• Proven experience in mental health counseling, with a passion for helping individuals navigate their emotional and psychological challenges.

• Prior experience in telehealth service delivery is highly desirable; familiarity with virtual counsel platforms is a plus.
• Experience working with diverse populations and a broad spectrum of mental health issues enhances the candidate’s fit for this role.
• Previous involvement in developing and implementing programmatic interventions and strategies based on evidence-based practices.
