• Conduct thorough initial assessments and diagnostic evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs, formulating tailored treatment plans based on comprehensive understanding.
• Provide individual counseling sessions to clients struggling with a variety of issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, and addiction, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
• Lead group therapy sessions that support clients through shared experiences and facilitate psychoeducational workshops to enhance coping strategies.
• Establish specific, measurable goals for treatment and implement a range of therapeutic interventions to assist clients in achieving those goals.
• Respond effectively to crisis situations by conducting risk assessments and coordinating immediate interventions as needed to ensure client safety.
• Engage in ongoing professional development by participating in training sessions, workshops, and seminars to stay abreast of the latest trends and research in mental health.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure comprehensive care for clients.

Your role as an LMHC will primarily focus on individuals from diverse backgrounds dealing with an array of mental health challenges. Our client population includes adults, adolescents, and families facing issues such as relationship difficulties, substance abuse, chronic stress, and emotional regulation concerns. Your expertise and compassionate approach will play a critical role in facilitating their healing journeys and improving overall well-being.

• A master's or doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution is required.
• Current licensure as a mental health counselor in Florida, meeting all state-specific educational and clinical requirements.
• A minimum of three years of supervised clinical experience, providing hands-on exposure to a variety of therapeutic techniques and client interactions.
• Commitment to continuous professional development and skill enhancement to maintain licensure and adapt to evolving best practices.
• Strong interpersonal skills, enabling effective communication and rapport-building with clients.
• Ability to conduct comprehensive assessments, employing diagnostic tools and methodologies in your practice.

• Additional certifications or specialized training in areas such as trauma therapy, addiction counseling, or cognitive-behavioral therapy.
• Experience in both individual and group therapy settings, with demonstrated success in promoting positive client outcomes.
• A strong foundational understanding of telehealth platforms and the ability to adapt traditional therapeutic practices to virtual formats.

This full-time position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a robust salary, our benefits package includes:
