Elevance Psychotherapy Services is seeking a dedicated and culturally attuned Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our team on a full-time basis. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments by observing and analyzing familial interactions to identify underlying concerns and dynamics effectively.
  • Facilitate open dialogues with clients, helping them articulate their perceptions of challenges within their familial structures.
  • Identify and recommend community resources that can aid clients in enhancing their home and school environments.
  • Uncover and address latent determinants of dysfunction within families, employing effective interventions that promote healing.
  • Guide clients through processing grief and other emotional challenges, tailoring your approach to their individual needs.
  • Stabilize home environments by providing expert advice and developing treatment plans that integrate both therapeutic objectives and practical strategies.
  • Prepare clinical reports and expert testimonies that uphold our commitment to professional integrity during legal proceedings, when necessary.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your clientele will range from couples navigating relationship challenges to families dealing with complex issues such as divorce, grief, and interpersonal conflicts. This diverse patient population requires a flexible and empathetic approach, allowing you to tailor your methods and therapeutic techniques to meet the unique needs of each individual and family.

Qualifications
  • Master's or doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
  • Valid and current LMFT license in the state of Pennsylvania, ensuring compliance with local licensing regulations and standards.
  • A minimum of one year of supervised clinical experience, validating your ability to provide therapeutic services effectively.
  • Strong skills in using evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including individual, couples, and family therapy techniques.
  • Excellent assessment and diagnostic abilities, enabling successful identification and intervention for various mental health and relational issues.
  • Proficient in developing and implementing tailored treatment plans that address the specific needs of clients.
Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
