• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop detailed treatment plans tailored to the individualized needs of clients.
• Utilize evidence-based practices and screening tools in the assessment process to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective intervention strategies.
• Maintain meticulous and compliant documentation of client interactions, treatment progress, and any changes to care plans in line with regulatory guidelines.
• Act as a collaborative partner within interdisciplinary teams, contributing to the development of positive behavior support strategies and crisis intervention plans.
• Serve as a communication liaison with state agencies and community organizations, fostering partnerships that enhance service delivery and client outcomes.
• Engage actively in the agency’s licensing, accreditation, and quality assurance processes.

Your primary focus will be on a diverse patient population, including individuals facing mental health challenges, substance use disorders, and those requiring support for developmental disabilities. You will be responsible for creating individualized care programs that promote recovery, independence, and personal growth, working diligently to enhance the overall quality of life for each client.

• A Master’s Degree in a behavioral health field is a firm requirement.
• Possession of an independent LMHC license granted by the state board.
• Proven ability to prepare clinical records and generate relevant progress reports.
• Experience working effectively within interdisciplinary teams, demonstrating collaboration and communication skills.
• Strong analytical judgment and decision-making capabilities based on clinical knowledge.

• Experience with teletherapy and digital health tools is preferred, enhancing client interaction through remote means.
• Background in working with clients facing behavioral health challenges and substance use disorders.
• Familiarity with community resources and networks to support client needs is an asset.
