Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.
  • Utilize evidence-based screening tools to aid in the assessment and diagnosis of mental health conditions.
  • Deliver therapeutic interventions in various formats, including individual, group, and family therapy sessions, primarily through telehealth.
  • Complete and maintain timely documentation in accordance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to design and implement positive behavior support plans that foster safe and productive environments for clients.
  • Actively engage in ongoing supervision and professional development, including attending relevant training sessions and state-wide meetings.
  • Serve as a liaison with various service systems, including state agencies and community partners, ensuring continuity of care for clients.
  • Participate in organizational initiatives aimed at improving service delivery and enhancing client outcomes.
  • Promote the principles and values of Genesis Health Clinic in every interaction with clients and community partners.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director that are consistent with your skills and training.

Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s Degree in a behavioral health field is required.
  • Must hold an independent LMHC license issued by the state board of Texas.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to articulate ideas and treatment plans.
