Life Line Counseling is excited to announce an opening for a full-time Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Vancouver, Washington. This position is 100% remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home while engaging with clients via our telehealth platform. The work schedule typically runs Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, with occasional evening or weekend hours as needed to accommodate client appointments. • Conduct thorough clinical assessments to identify and understand each client's mental health needs, enabling the delivery of personalized care.
• Design and implement evidence-based treatment plans that focus on individual goals, integrating various therapeutic techniques to support client progress.
• Provide individual, couples, and group counseling services, employing appropriate interventions and fostering a safe therapeutic environment.
• Collaborate with a diverse, interdisciplinary team to ensure a holistic approach to client care, involving regular case discussions and treatment updates.
• Maintain strict confidentiality in client records, abiding by all legal and ethical standards for handling sensitive information.
• Participate in ongoing clinical supervision, seek continual professional development, and embrace feedback to enhance therapeutic practices.

As an LMHC at Life Line Counseling, you will engage with clients dealing with various issues, including but not limited to, anxiety, depression, trauma-related conditions, and addiction. • Must hold a current and valid license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Washington.
• A Master's degree in clinical mental health counseling or a related field from an accredited program is required.
• Demonstrated experience in providing individual and group therapy in a mental health setting, showcasing effective therapeutic engagement.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices tailored to mental health treatment, enabling impactful therapeutic interventions.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills to establish trust and rapport with clients from varied backgrounds.

• Prior engagement in mental health advocacy or community outreach programs will be viewed favorably.
