• Perform comprehensive clinical assessments to accurately identify clients' mental health needs and develop a thorough understanding of their unique experiences.
• Create and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans that align with each client's personal goals and circumstances, continually adjusting them in response to progress.
• Facilitate individual, couples, and group counseling sessions, applying therapeutic techniques tailored to a diverse range of mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, and mood disorders.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychologists, social workers, and other mental health professionals to ensure holistic care and support for clients.
• Document and maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring the integrity of sensitive information.
• Engage in ongoing professional development, including regular clinical supervision, case conferences, and training sessions to enhance skills and stay informed of best practices in mental health care.

You will be working with a varied client population, including individuals facing issues related to anxiety, depression, substance abuse, trauma, and other mental health disorders. • A valid license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Georgia.

• Experience working in interdisciplinary settings, collaborating effectively with other healthcare professionals.
