  • Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary treatment teams, including psychologists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
  • Maintain meticulous and confidential client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring transparency and professionalism.
  • Participate in ongoing clinical supervision, case discussions, and continuous professional development activities to enhance your skills and therapeutic techniques.

We work with individuals experiencing mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, addiction, mood disorders, and trauma-related conditions. Qualifications
  • A valid Washington State license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) is required.
  • A Master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
  • A strong track record of conducting both individual and group therapy in a clinical or community setting.
  • Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport and trust with a varied client population.
  • Strong written and verbal communication capabilities to effectively present ideas and feedback.
  • A commitment to ethical practice, with strong adherence to confidentiality and professional boundaries.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience working with specialized populations or particular mental health issues, such as trauma or addiction.
  • Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and virtual counseling methodologies.
  • Engagement in community outreach initiatives or public speaking related to mental health awareness and education.
