Salary: $115,000-$120,000 per year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM
Job Summary
This remote LMHC position is designed for a counselor who wants to spend their workday doing focused clinical care without the added demands of commuting or office-based work. You will meet with clients virtually, provide therapy, document sessions, and guide clients through treatment goals in a structured telehealth setting.
The clients you work with may be dealing with stress, anxiety, depression, emotional overwhelm, trauma-related symptoms, life transitions, or relationship challenges. Your role is to create a professional therapy space where clients can talk openly, better understand what they are facing, and take realistic steps toward improved mental health.
Responsibilities
  • Conduct scheduled telehealth counseling sessions with clients in Indiana
  • Perform clinical intakes and gather relevant background information
  • Develop individualized treatment plans with clear therapeutic goals
  • Provide counseling using appropriate evidence-based methods
  • Support clients experiencing mood concerns, stress, trauma, grief, and adjustment issues
