• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments to evaluate clients' mental health and substance abuse needs, ensuring a thorough understanding of their challenges and aspirations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings, continually monitoring client progress and adjusting care strategies as needed.
• Provide individual and group therapy sessions, fostering an inclusive environment where clients feel safe and empowered to share their experiences.
• Engage with families of clients to provide education about mental health and recovery, participating in family therapy sessions when necessary.
• Maintain accurate and detailed clinical documentation in accordance with organizational policies and regulations, ensuring that all records reflect the client's journey and progression.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary treatment team, which includes psychiatrists, social workers, and other mental health professionals, to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
• Participate in case reviews, treatment planning meetings, and professional development activities to remain up-to-date on emerging trends in mental health treatment.
• Deliver crisis intervention services when required, utilizing your skills to assess risk factors and implement immediate support plans.

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse range of clients facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, and substance use disorders. • A Master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related mental health field, demonstrating a solid educational foundation in therapeutic practices.

• A minimum of 2 years of direct experience providing mental health and substance abuse treatment services to a diverse clientele.
