Job description

Remote Client Advisor – Life Insurance

Commission Only | Flexible Schedule | Fully Remote

This Isn’t a Traditional Insurance Job

If you’re looking for a salaried position where someone tells you exactly what to do every day — this probably isn’t the right fit.

If you want flexibility, performance-based income, and the opportunity to build a career helping families while working remotely, keep reading.

We’re growing our remote team and looking for motivated individuals who want more control over their time, income, and long-term career path.

No insurance experience required. We train you from the ground up.

What You’ll Actually Be Doing

You’ll work with families who have already requested information about protecting their loved ones.

Your role is to:

  • Connect with clients using company-provided warm leads. You never pay for leads.
  • Meet virtually over Zoom to understand their needs
  • Recommend coverage options and guide clients through the application process
  • Build relationships based on education and trust — not pressure sales
  • Manage your own schedule and workflow remotely

What Makes This Opportunity Different

  • Fully remote — work from anywhere
  • Flexible schedule (minimum 30 hrs/week)
  • Warm leads provided — no cold calling friends or family
  • Daily training, mentorship, and coaching
  • Clear systems designed to help new agents succeed
  • Performance-based advancement opportunities

Compensation

This is a 1099 independent contractor position with 100% commission-based compensation.

There is no salary or hourly pay.

You can expect to make between $5,000 - $20,000 per month in commissions in your first year.

Income is directly tied to performance, production, and consistency. Many agents appreciate the uncapped earning potential and flexibility that comes with this structure.

Who Tends to Succeed Here

People who do well in this role are typically:

  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
  • Coachable and open to learning new skills
  • Looking for growth beyond traditional employment
  • Driven by results rather than fixed pay structures
  • Passionate about helping others make informed decisions

Licensing

A Life & Health Insurance License is required to work with clients.

Don’t have one yet?
No problem — we guide you step-by-step through the licensing process and are partnered with the top pre-licensing providers in each state.
