• Conduct comprehensive virtual assessments and screenings to determine the mental health needs of clients, developing individualized treatment plans tailored to their specific concerns.
• Provide evidence-based individual counseling sessions, addressing issues ranging from anxiety and depression to crisis management and coping strategies.
• Facilitate and lead virtual therapy groups and workshops, fostering a supportive community where clients can share experiences and learn skills related to mental wellness.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including medical professionals and support staff, to provide integrated care and support to clients.
• Participate in community outreach initiatives, such as remote mental health awareness campaigns, to promote mental health resources and reduce stigma.
• Keep detailed and accurate records of client sessions in compliance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring all interactions are confidential and professionally documented.

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, adults, and families, who face various psychological challenges. • An active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is required.
• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field. A Master’s or doctoral degree is preferred.
• Demonstrated understanding of the mental health issues prevalent among diverse populations, especially in a remote setting.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, necessary for engaging with clients and collaborating effectively with other healthcare professionals.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and virtual therapy best practices, including evidence-based treatment modalities relevant to this setting.

• At least 2 years of experience in a mental health counseling role, preferably with a focus on telehealth services.
• Experience working within hospital systems or integrated behavioral health frameworks that emphasize teamwork across disciplines.
• Proven ability to manage a diverse case load while maintaining high standards of care and documentation practices.

• The role offers an annual salary between USD 80,000 and 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
