Pay: $48,000/year + monthly performance bonus

Tasks:
  • Oversee and manage a portfolio of clients to ensure strategic alignment and continued optimization of their email marketing efforts
  • Develop and implement new email marketing strategies tailored to client goals that drive measurable business outcomes
  • Execute and implement email marketing deliverables across multiple platforms and ensure technical accuracy and adherence to best practices
  • Analyze campaign performance data to implement A/B testing strategies and collaborate with team members on developing different variations to maximize conversion rates
  • Adjust and maintain editorial calendar strategies to ensure relevance and client satisfaction
  • Create email marketing automation/drip campaigns within a variety of email platforms to build client lists and increase engagement
  • Collaborate with Account Managers to review project scopes; make adjustments as needed to ensure campaigns align with client goals and follow best practices
  • Make recommendations for campaign budget increases/decreases based on existing results to support business growth
  • Provide detailed analysis and ongoing recommendations to improve client outcomes and drive long-term value (LTV) revenue and engagement
  • Perform basic technical updates on client sites to support campaign implementation and collaborate with website developers for more complex fixes
  • Coordinate with other product specialists to develop omni-channel strategies that enhance email marketing efforts and support broader marketing goals
  • Proactively complete overflow projects and tasks to ensure the department output goals and client's needs are met
  • Stay current with email marketing strategies and identify industry trends that could be recommended for ongoing campaign strategies in accordance with Logical Position and department best practices

Required Skills & Certifications:
  • Relevant Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • 1+ years of experience in agency email marketing and 1+ year of account management
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and advanced knowledge of Excel
  • Strong knowledge of email service providers (ESPs) and best practices; proven ability to effectively implement campaigns and troubleshoot issues
  • Experience with email marketing campaign analysis using a variety of analytics tools including Google Analytics and internal reporting tools
  • Excellent time management skills; must be adaptable, reliable, and readily available to fulfill multiple tasks within set deadline
  • Advanced interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills; able to navigate communication in a professional and timely manner
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with a team and work independently while maintaining a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
