Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate patients' mental health needs, including their psychosocial background and presenting concerns.
  • Develop tailored treatment plans based on thorough evaluations, ensuring that each client's unique situation is considered.
  • Provide crisis intervention services and short-term counseling to clients experiencing acute distress, employing evidence-based practices and brief therapy models.
  • Facilitate online therapy groups that address common mental health topics such as anxiety, depression, and coping strategies, fostering group engagement and interaction.
  • Collaborate with external community organizations and medical professionals to enhance client care and facilitate resource sharing.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of client records and adhere to all ethical and legal standards governing counseling practices.

Qualifications
  • Possession of an active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
  • A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field; a master’s or doctoral degree is preferred.

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills to foster relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Experience in working with diverse patient populations and a deep understanding of the specific mental health issues they face.
Preferred Experience
  • A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, demonstrating competency in individual and group therapy.
  • Experience in crisis intervention and the application of therapeutic techniques in high-pressure scenarios.
  • Familiarity with telehealth platforms, electronic health records, and virtual therapy modalities.
Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
