Epiq's Legal Advisory team is seeking a highly motivated, entrepreneurial individual to join our team of legal operations experts in the role of Technical Consultant. Epiq's Legal Advisory is well-known and recognized for our strong marketplace position, and we are looking for smart, resourceful and driven consultants in whom we can invest heavily to mentor and develop the future leaders of our profession.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for ensuring high quality consulting, advisory and project management services for Client delivery.
  • Provide AI Research and Development and Concepts for solution development
  • Lead or assist in developing technical automation and integration solutions for client projects
  • Execute implementation strategies, business requirements analysis, and solution architecture
  • Provide support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
  • Develop and maintain custom tools and software facilitating solution development
  • Developing and maintaining documentation including deployment guides, functional specifications, installation checklists, Issue Tracking sheets, etc.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships

Requirements

  • Highly self-motivated with an exceptional ability to multi-task and able to work independently with little supervision
  • Experience designing, implementing, and maintaining low-code/no-code platforms (e.g., MS Power Platform, AgilePoint, Processmaker, or similar)
  • AI agent development preferred
  • Web Application Development Experience (2 - 4+ Years)
  • Knowledge and experience with relational databases
  • Experience with Cloud data integration
  • Microsoft Certification(s) preferred
  • Computer Science degree a plus
  • Consulting or Operations experience preferred
  • Legal industry &/or law firm experience preferred #LI-TP1 #LI-Remote

The Compensation range for this role is 110,000 to 130,000 USD annually and may be eligible for an annual bonus.
