Job description

Job Summary

Prospect Equities® is hiring motivated Leasing Agents to join our established leasing division in Chicago. This is a 100% commission-based role, flexible scheduling, and the opportunity to work independently while leveraging one of the largest luxury rental inventories in the city.

No license is required to start. We provide training and support for individuals currently enrolled in the 15-hour Illinois Residential Leasing course or 75-hour Illinois Real Estate Broker course or those already licensed.

  • Assist renters with apartment searches and leasing inquiries
  • Schedule and conduct property tours
  • Market available units using Prospect Equities® technology and training
  • Communicate with clients and property partners
  • Manage your own schedule and client pipeline

Qualifications

We will consider candidates who meet one of the following:

  • Hold a current Illinois Leasing License, OR
  • Enrolled in the 15-hour Illinois Residential Leasing course or 75-hour Illinois Real Estate Broker course
