• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based therapy sessions via telehealth, employing methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other therapeutic practices.
• Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and maintaining accurate client records while adhering to confidentiality laws.
• Engage in regular supervision and professional development activities to enhance clinical skills and stay informed about best practices.
• Actively participate in virtual team meetings that foster collaboration, share insights, and discuss therapeutic approaches to improve patient outcomes.
• Monitor clients’ progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal results.
• Manage caseload efficiently while ensuring each client receives the attention and care they require.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in our outpatient setting, you will primarily work with adults who experience a variety of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and overall emotional distress. This role demands a culturally competent and empathetic approach to therapy, understanding the unique challenges and backgrounds of each client in a virtual environment.

• A master’s degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or psychology from a regionally accredited institution.
• An active and unrestricted clinical license, such as LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW.
• A minimum of two years of experience providing clinical psychotherapy, particularly to adult populations.
• Demonstrated proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic modalities, particularly Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
• Strong written communication skills for documenting session notes effectively and accurately.
• A clean professional record with no disciplinary actions from licensing boards in any jurisdiction.

• Experience working in a fully remote telehealth setting or a strong desire to transition to a virtual care model.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) software to streamline documentation and patient management.
• Previous involvement in multidisciplinary teams or collaborative care settings.

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience. In addition, you will be eligible for a sign-on bonus of up to $1,000.
