• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate client needs, followed by the development of comprehensive clinical summaries that inform treatment approaches.

• Document all patient interactions and progress accurately and timely in our digital systems, ensuring compliance with health regulations and fostering transparency in care.
• Regularly review and adapt treatment objectives based on client progress and feedback, maintaining an open line of communication with clients and interdisciplinary team members.
• Foster a supportive and collaborative environment by mentoring peers, engaging in team meetings, and sharing best practices to enhance overall clinical effectiveness.

In this role, you will work with a wide range of clients, including those dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. • A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.
• Must possess an active LPCC license in the state of California.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential for effective interaction with clients and colleagues.
• Familiarity and proficiency with telehealth platforms and digital documentation systems to ensure effective remote counseling.

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging between $110,000 and $130,000, commensurate with experience.
