Impact Learning & Development Behavioral Health is seeking dedicated and licensed mental health therapists for a full-time outpatient counseling position. This role provides the opportunity to work remotely from the comfort of your home while serving clients in Bakersfield, California. The ideal candidate will possess a Master’s degree in a relevant field and hold an active California license as a LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC. This position is primarily remote, allowing you the flexibility to create a work environment that suits you. Although you will work independently, you will also have regular collaborations with a dedicated team of professionals, enhancing your practice through shared expertise and knowledge. Our outpatient facility is accessible for the occasional in-person meetings, ensuring a blend of remote and team-based interactions.

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans to address the unique needs of each client.
• Facilitate therapy sessions in both individual and group formats, utilizing a range of therapeutic techniques tailored to client experiences.
• Support clients dealing with anxiety, depression, PTSD, and other behavioral health disorders by providing consistent, empathetic therapy.
• Maintain detailed, organized documentation of client interactions and treatment progress to adhere to professional standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care, participating in case conferences when required.

• Experience working with evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is preferred.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote therapy delivery.
• Demonstrated ability to work both collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment.
