Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Impact Learning & Development, your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting thorough assessments of clients’ mental health and developing tailored treatment plans based on individual needs and goals.
  • Providing therapeutic services in both individual and group settings, utilizing approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based methodologies.
  • Supporting clients in managing PTSD and various behavioral health challenges through effective coping strategies and interventions.
  • Documenting all client interactions, assessments, and treatment updates in compliance with professional standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborating with your team when interdisciplinary collaboration is needed, ensuring cohesive care and support for clients.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse range of patients, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health disorders. Your ability to build rapport and trust with clients will be essential in helping them feel safe and understood as they navigate their treatment. Qualifications
