You’ll utilize modern telehealth platforms and tools to conduct virtual sessions, facilitating impactful interactions that reach clients in their own environments.

• Develop and nurture a positive, trusting rapport with patients to establish an effective therapeutic alliance.
• Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose mental health disorders and develop tailored treatment plans that align with individual patient needs and circumstances.
• Lead both individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and relational therapies.
• Regularly meet with clients to provide ongoing counseling, adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on client feedback and progress.
• Conduct continuous evaluations of client progress and modify treatment approaches as needed to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and specialists to provide comprehensive care and appropriate referrals for additional services when required.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment plans in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Foster a supportive environment for ongoing learning by contributing to team discussions, sharing best practices, and engaging in professional development opportunities.

You will work with a diverse client population, addressing a wide range of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship problems, family dynamics, and adjustment issues. Your ability to adapt therapeutic approaches to meet the unique needs of individuals and families is crucial. Our center emphasizes a holistic approach to mental health care, focusing not only on symptom management but also on enhancing overall quality of life for our clients.

• Active State licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.
• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is essential for this role.
• Strong understanding of mental health diagnoses and treatment modalities, particularly in a therapeutic setting.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively connect with clients and colleagues.
• Organizational and time-management skills to manage caseload and administrative responsibilities efficiently.

• Prior hands-on experience providing individual and/or group therapy in a mental health outpatient setting.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems.
• Experience in collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and contributing to client treatment interventions.
