Self Care Learning Counseling Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and nurture a positive, trusting rapport with patients to establish an effective therapeutic alliance.
  • Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose mental health disorders and develop tailored treatment plans that align with individual patient needs and circumstances.
  • Lead both individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and relational therapies.
  • Regularly meet with clients to provide ongoing counseling, adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on client feedback and progress.
  • Conduct continuous evaluations of client progress and modify treatment approaches as needed to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and specialists to provide comprehensive care and appropriate referrals for additional services when required.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment plans in compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Foster a supportive environment for ongoing learning by contributing to team discussions, sharing best practices, and engaging in professional development opportunities.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse client population, addressing a wide range of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship problems, family dynamics, and adjustment issues. Your ability to adapt therapeutic approaches to meet the unique needs of individuals and families is crucial. Qualifications
  • Active State licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.

Compensation and Benefits
