Job Summary and Responsibilities

This is a remote position.

As a Process Manager, you will lead complex projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure the successful implementation of process improvement initiatives without direct supervisory responsibilities. You will leverage your expertise in process optimization, project management, and change management to drive continuous improvement and deliver measurable results.

An Information Technology (IT) Process Manager focuses on optimizing and improving IT-related processes within an organization. This position will own and manage processes related to Demand Management, Strategic Portfolio Management, Application Portfolio Management, Time Tracking, Resource Management or overall IT Administrative processes. The chosen candidate will own the full scope of the defined process for the CommonSpirit Health organization.


To be successful, you will possess strong analytical skills, experience with process mapping tools, a deep understanding of ITSM frameworks, and a proven ability to drive improvement.

  • Strategize and execute comprehensive process improvement initiatives spanning multiple business functions, from conception to implementation, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Conduct in-depth analyses of existing processes, employing advanced statistical methods and data analytics techniques to identify root causes of inefficiencies, variations, and bottlenecks.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in dissecting complex operational challenges, fostering collaboration, and harnessing collective expertise to develop innovative solutions and best practices.
  • Drive the adoption of Lean Six Sigma methodologies and other process improvement frameworks, coaching teams on tool selection, implementation strategies, and sustainable practices.
  • Develop robust project plans, establish clear objectives, and define key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor progress, track outcomes, and quantify the impact of process enhancements.
  • Collaborate closely with technology teams to evaluate, integrate, and optimize digital solutions, automation technologies, and data analytics platforms to streamline workflows and enhance decision-making capabilities.
