Job Description:

As an administration assistant at Sabanto, you will be providing administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of our company. You will:

  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Organize and schedule appointments and meetings
  • Maintain contact lists
  • Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, and forms
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • Develop and maintain a filing system
  • Order office supplies
  • Book travel arrangements
  • Submit and reconcile expense reports
  • Provide general support to visitors
  • Prepare and monitor invoices
  • Generate reports
  • Maintain supply inventory
  • Take accurate minutes of meetings
Qualifications:
  • Associates degree in a related field
  • Excellent computer skills
  • An entrepreneurial attitude with a keen eye for details
  • Organized and can manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Proactive, i.e., if you see a problem, you fix it
  • Valid driver's license
