• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based methodologies.
• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions employing diverse modalities that promote personal growth and emotional well-being.
• Establish therapeutic goals with clients and continuously monitor their progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
• Facilitate teletherapy options to ensure accessibility for clients who may prefer virtual sessions or face transportation challenges.
• Maintain precise documentation of client progress and treatment in compliance with ethical standards and legal requirements.
• Engage in regular training and professional development activities to enhance skills and stay updated on mental health trends.

Your work will center around a diverse clientele, including individuals suffering from various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and more. • A current and valid state license as LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or PsyD.
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental approach to client care.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

• Experience using teletherapy platforms and delivering virtual counseling sessions.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, or EMDR.
• Previous work in private practice or community mental health settings.
