Description:
Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Planisware Developer with a strong technical background and experience in project portfolio management (PPM) tools. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in configuring, customizing, and developing ad configuration within the Planisware environment, along with a solid understanding of PPM principles and lifecycle. This role is a technical role, with configuration, project module, resource management, and Planisware module experience, and a strong understanding of project portfolio tools. Focus on maintaining and continuing improvement onboarding new customers, external functions, commercial, supply chain, configuring, screens, and modules will be done by external vendors. Fully relying on external vendors.
 
Key Responsibilities
• Configure and customize Planisware modules to meet business requirements.
• Develop scripts, workflows, and data models within Planisware.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Maintain and optimize system performance, ensuring data integrity and security.
• Integrate Planisware with other enterprise systems using APIs or data exchange patterns.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Planisware-related issues.
• Document configurations, processes, and best practices.
• It is a 100% technical role, but not a PM role.
• The candidate will interact with the team regularly, PMO stakeholders
• Knowledge of either working as a technical developer or in Planview, not looking for a Project Manager or Technical Project Manager
• Configuring modules, onboarding stakeholders, ongoing system improvements, integration with internal IT systems, documentation, technical support
• Personality traits: Team-oriented, quick learner, adaptable
 
Required Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience as a technical developer using Planisware or PPM tools.
• 3+ years of experience working with Planisware or similar PPM tools (e.g., Planview).
• Strong understanding of Project Portfolio Management (PPM) principles and lifecycle.
• Proficiency in Planisware configuration, scripting, and data modeling.
• Experience with SQL, JavaScript, or other relevant technologies is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field experience preferred.
 
Preferred Skills
• Experience integrating Planisware with other enterprise systems using APIs or ETL processes.
• Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall project environments.
• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
 
Interviews:
• 2 rounds (First - Video and second - In-Person)
