Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Algorithm Development: Develop custom algorithms within Planisware to support complex Life Sciences workflows. This includes automating decision-making processes, optimizing project timelines, and improving data analysis. You’ll be writing advanced scripts and logic to solve specific business problems and improve system performance.

  • Process Automation & Optimization: Design and implement algorithmic solutions that automate and optimize various aspects of project management in the Life Sciences domain. This involves creating custom logic that enhances the efficiency of data handling, reporting, and project tracking.

  • System Customization: Customize Planisware's underlying structures and workflows to meet the needs of Life Sciences projects, including advanced project planning, portfolio management, and clinical trial monitoring. The role will require significant experience with Planisware's scripting and algorithm-writing capabilities.

  • Integration of Complex Data Models: Develop and maintain algorithms to integrate and optimize complex data flows between Planisware and other Life Sciences systems (e.g., CTMS, LIMS, ERP). This ensures seamless data exchange for effective decision-making and real-time insights.

  • Collaborate with Life Sciences Teams: Work closely with R&D, Clinical, Regulatory, and Manufacturing teams to design algorithmic solutions tailored to the specific needs of Life Sciences projects. Ensure algorithms align with business needs, regulatory compliance, and operational goals.

  • Advanced Reporting & Analytics: Build customized reporting structures using Planisware’s advanced capabilities. Develop algorithms that aggregate and analyze project data to provide actionable insights into performance, resource utilization, and project timelines.

  • Compliance and Validation: Ensure that all algorithmic solutions and customizations comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Life Sciences, or a related field.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience developing algorithms within Planisware, with a focus on Life Sciences or pharmaceutical industries.

  • Expertise in writing scripts, custom algorithms, and logic within Planisware to automate complex workflows.

  • Experience with integrating Planisware with other Life Sciences tools and managing large datasets.

  • Proven track record of designing and developing solutions that address complex business needs in R&D, clinical trials, and regulatory affairs.

  • Technical Skills:

    • Strong proficiency in Planisware development, including algorithm creation, scripting, and system customization.

    • Familiarity with data integration, APIs, and creating complex workflows within Planisware.

    • Strong understanding of databases

    • Experience in life sciences-specific systems and project management tools.

  • Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and experience in optimizing complex business processes with a focus on algorithmic solutions and data handling.

  • Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex algorithmic solutions to both technical and business stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Agile development methodologies.

  • Knowledge of Life Sciences regulatory standards,

  • Planisware certifications or other relevant project management certifications
