About Planisware

Planisware is a global provider of software solutions for project portfolio management. Planisware solutions are specifically designed to support product development, engineering, and IT business processes. For more than 25 years, Planisware has been helping its customers to achieve strategic and innovative excellence, make valid business decisions, and increase portfolio value. Today, over 1,000 companies worldwide rely on Planisware products to manage their projects, resources, and portfolios.

The Role

As an Implementation Consultant, your mission is to design, configure, and deploy Planisware solutions to client organizations. Working as part of a team, you will interact regularly with clients to learn their internal processes and understand the needs of their organization. As you gain experience, you will begin to take direct responsibility for critical aspects of the implementation. • Support the configuration of standard Planisware modules under supervision.
  • Assist with data migration, validation, and analysis tasks.
  • Participate in internal and client-facing meetings to learn and observe.
  • Help prepare documentation, training content, and system walkthroughs.
  • Provide post-go-live support, troubleshoot basic issues, and escalate appropriately.
  • You will be part of a project team, learning directly from experienced consultants and participating in key meetings.
  • You will become deeply familiar with the business needs and processes of clients. As you become more skilled at understanding business needs and applying Planisware capabilities, you will be able to propose solutions that both meet requirements and facilitate the client's long-term success.

What We Expect From You

  • Curiosity and eagerness to learn Planisware and project delivery practices.
  • Ability to follow instructions and complete assigned tasks on time.
  • Willingness to ask questions, receive feedback, and improve continuously.
  • Dependable collaboration with team members and proactive support on delivery needs.
