As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at North Land Psychotherapy Center, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Utilize various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness-based practices, to deliver effective individual therapy sessions.
• Establish and track therapeutic goals with clients, monitoring their progress and adjusting treatment approaches as necessary.
• Provide teletherapy services, ensuring clients have access to care that accommodates their schedules and circumstances.
• Document client interactions and progress in accordance with ethical standards, maintaining clear and accurate records.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in mental health care.

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctorate in Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that facilitate rapport-building with clients.
• Empathy and a non-judgmental attitude, demonstrating a commitment to understanding the unique challenges faced by clients.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to efficiently manage a caseload in a remote working environment.

While all licensed candidates are encouraged to apply, those with experience in teletherapy, trauma-informed care, or working with specific populations such as LGBTQ+ individuals or communities of color will be highly regarded. Familiarity with electronic health record systems and telehealth practices will provide you with a significant advantage in this role.

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to USD 100,000, based on experience and caseload. In addition to a robust salary, our benefits package includes:
