Manager, Enterprise Applications- Microsoft Productivity (Remote)

The Manager, EnterpriseApplications,leads a team of IT professionals responsible for development,configuration, administration,optimizationand support ofMicrosoft Productivity application suite.This includes thetechnology platformandapplication suite, including governance of user identities and secure access to systems.Expertise inthe platform to lead the vision, roadmap, and delivery of collaborative andproductivity enhancingsolutions across theorganizationand enhancing solutions across the organization.

The Manager roleis responsibleforensuring an exceptional customer experience; for streamlined processes and stable operations; formanaging vendors; for developing a culture of and skills in process improvement; for properdocumentation; and for staff training,performanceand development.

Key Responsibilities & Essential Functions

  • Deep understanding of Microsoft Productivity suite applications expected andinclude;Teams,Sharepoint, Viva Engage, Outlook + Exchange, OneDrive,EntraID, MS Office, M365CoPilotand Forms.Helpful to have PowerApps, Power Automate,PowerBIand Planner knowledge.

  • Experience intechnology solutions, development processes and best practices related to platform and identity management.

  • Develop and implement IT strategies that drive application and platform performance,utilityand adoption.

  • Lead and manage a team of technology professionals, fostering a culture of innovation,collaboration,and high performance.

  • Support and champion a strategic technology vision that aligns with JAX's mission, incorporatingcomprehensive industry and functional insights. Understand business needs, proactivelyintroducing innovativeideas,andanticipatingfuture trends to drive the organization forward.

  • Continuously improve service management processes and methodologies to enhance efficiencyand effectiveness in technology delivery. Ensure that all technology solutions meethigh standardsof quality,performance,and security.

  • Manage the budget for technology projects and softwarelicensing,ensuring optimal allocation ofresources and cost-effective delivery.

  • Partner closely with Product Owner and stakeholders, Microsoft administrators, architects, security teams, and business stakeholders to ensurehigh qualityexecution andalignment.Quality execution and alignment.

  • Analyze user behavior, feedback, and adoption datatoidentifyopportunities to enhance productivity and collaboration across the organization.

  • Establish andmonitorkey performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of technologyinitiatives and drive continuous improvement.Identifyand prioritize value creation opportunities(e.g.tech modernization and currency) based on detailed assessment and analysis of currenttechnology footprint.

Other Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Demonstrated experience managing technology applications and/or platforms, with a proventrackrecordof leading and managing teams and delivering successful technology projects.

  • Experience leading small of varying complexity.

  • Experience with product owning one or more projects.

  • Ability to influence and foster buy-in at all levels.

  • Strong communicationskills: verbal, written, and listeningto various levels across the organization.

  • Ability to gain broad understanding of overall application management roadmaps and relatedstrategies.
