Position Summary
Base-2 Solutions is seeking a Procurement Analyst to support the USSOUTHCOM J26 ENHANCED DOMAIN AWARENESS task order. This role involves tracking expenditures, managing procurement cycles, and ensuring contract compliance with DoD acquisition policies.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Track expenditures and manage procurement cycles.
  • Ensure contract compliance with DoD acquisition policies.
  • Perform data analysis, cost forecasting, and procurement workflow optimization.
  • Maintain strong attention to detail and record-keeping.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field OR a minimum of 4 years of equivalent experience in contract administration.
  • Demonstrated experience in the DFARS and FAR processes for procurement.
  • Experience managing purchase orders, tracking procurement performance metrics, and ensuring budget alignment with operational requirements.
  • Experience with acquisition software, federal procurement databases, and financial tracking tools to support compliance with DoD acquisition regulations.
  • Experience in cost estimation, contract analysis, and procurement audits.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Certified Professional Contracts Manager (CPCM).
