Remote | Multi-State Opportunities Available

GoTo Telemed is seeking licensed healthcare practitioners to join our telehealth network as independent contractors. This opportunity is designed for professionals who wish to maintain flexibility while accessing administrative, technology, and practice-management support through a centralized telehealth platform.

This is an Independent Contractor (1099-NEC) opportunity and is not a W-2 employment position.

Practitioners licensed in one or multiple U.S. states are encouraged to apply.

About the Opportunity

GoTo Telemed provides a technology-enabled platform that connects licensed healthcare practitioners with telehealth practice resources, including appointment coordination, EHR access, malpractice program support, claims administration, and billing management.

Practitioners may utilize our self-service patient allocation system to identify and accept patient opportunities within the states where they maintain active licensure.

Responsibilities
  • Provide telehealth services within your professional scope of practice and state licensure requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
  • Deliver patient care in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and professional standards.
  • Maintain active licenses, certifications, registrations, and continuing education requirements.
  • Comply with HIPAA, payer requirements, and applicable state and federal regulations.
  • Exercise independent professional judgment regarding patient care and treatment decisions.
  • Manage your availability and patient allocation preferences through the provider portal.

Practitioner Qualifications
  • Active, unrestricted healthcare license in at least one U.S. state.
  • Ability to provide services within the scope of professional licensure.
  • Strong communication and clinical documentation skills.
  • Reliable internet access and a professional remote work environment.
  • Commitment to maintaining all required professional and regulatory standards.
Independent Contractor Disclosure

This position is offered solely as a 1099-NEC Independent Contractor relationship.

Practitioners are not employees of GoTo Telemed and are not eligible for employee benefits, including but not limited to:

  • W-2 employment status

Practitioners retain discretion regarding their availability, accepted patient opportunities, and professional services, subject to applicable laws and contractual obligations.

Licensing and Compliance

Practitioners are solely responsible for obtaining, maintaining, and renewing all licenses, registrations, certifications, permits, and other professional requirements necessary to provide services in their respective jurisdictions.

GoTo Telemed may provide administrative support resources; however, compliance with professional licensing requirements and applicable regulations remains the responsibility of each practitioner.
