Revive Mental Health Center is seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our team. • Conduct thorough assessments of patient needs to inform treatment planning and care coordination.
• Design and implement individualized mental health treatment plans based on best practices and evidence-based methodologies.
• Facilitate referrals to community resources, ensuring clients have access to the support they need, whether in educational settings, social services, or probation facilities.
• Provide ongoing individual counseling sessions aimed at fostering coping strategies and personal growth.
• Engage with patients and their families to enhance communication and resources addressing mental health challenges.
• Assist clients with alcohol and sexual abuse-related programs, directing them to appropriate support services.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions and treatment options to encourage adherence to behavioral health and medical advice.

Your work will impact a broad and diverse client population, including children, adolescents, and adults facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, and PTSD. Many clients may require specialized support in navigating systemic issues, including those involving educational or juvenile justice systems. A compassionate approach that emphasizes understanding and respect is essential for effective case management and patient outcomes.

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Active licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A minimum of two (2) years of direct experience in providing counseling services in a mental health setting.
• Strong knowledge of mental health theories, therapeutic practices, and counseling techniques.
• Proficiency in relevant software tools for documentation, teletherapy, and patient management.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse populations.

• Familiarity with trauma-informed care approaches and resilience-building strategies.
• Experience working within community health frameworks or interdisciplinary teams.
• Knowledge of local community resources and referral processes.

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 130,000, commensurate with experience. In addition to a strong salary, we offer an extensive benefits package that includes:
