Duration : 6Months
JOB OVERVIEW:
We are looking for ServiceNow SecOps SIR and VR Expert who have strong verbal, written, public speaking and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of IT software consulting experience with 3-5 years' experience supporting or implementing ServiceNow products. We prefer candidates who have CISSP certification and a background in security.
Expertise in other ServiceNow modules such as GRC, SAM and ITOM are nice to have.
JOB DUTIES
• Provide expert level implementation services of ServiceNow SecOps SIR and VR
• Delivery of consulting services to install, configure, and integrate software products from ServiceNow with a focus on the SecOps.
• Must have expertise in v9 or v10.
• Must have expertise with SIR play books.
• Expertise with security incident operator workspace to triage incidents.
• Process manipulation - workflow or flow designer to support the security incident process.
• Changing how malware process, triage and customizing how the triage would be addressed
• Expertise with exposure assessments
• Expertise with integrating other tools into SecOps via API and OOTB integrations
• Support the development and growth of the services delivered
• Ability to setup, configure and code custom integrations using ServiceNow APIs
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Proven expertise in implementing SIR and VR.
• Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Certifications in SecOps and one of the following areas: ITOM, SecOps, GRC, ITBM, or SAM.
• Expertise with CMDB and ITIL.
