As a Mental Health Counselor at Acuity International, you will work primarily in a remote capacity, benefiting from the convenience and comfort of your home office. • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients to identify their mental health concerns, subsequently developing individualized and effective treatment plans tailored to their needs.
• Provide evidence-based individual therapy sessions, employing therapeutic techniques that foster personal growth and empower clients in their healing journey.
• Collaboratively establish therapeutic goals with clients, regularly monitoring their progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Offer teletherapy services to clients who may be facing mobility issues or prefer the comfort of virtual sessions, ensuring accessibility to our vital mental health services.

• Current and valid license in Florida as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to forge trusting therapeutic relationships that encourage client progress.
• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude toward clients' diverse experiences and challenges.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, ensuring effective handling of administrative responsibilities related to client care.

• Previous experience in a telehealth environment is advantageous, showcasing your adaptability and proficiency with digital therapy platforms.
