International Client-centered Therapy is currently seeking dedicated and licensed mental health counselors to join our team. This full-time remote position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $105,000, depending on your experience and caseload. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs and create personalized treatment plans.
• Utilize diverse therapeutic modalities tailored to individual client’s needs to foster personal growth and recovery.
• Establish clear therapeutic goals and regularly monitor and document clients' progress to ensure effective treatment outcomes.
• Provide teletherapy services to accommodate clients' preferences or accessibility needs, ensuring continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate and confidential records as per ethical standards and organizational policies.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops, training sessions, and peer feedback to enhance therapeutic skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clientele consists of individuals of varying ages who seek support for a range of mental health issues, including, but not limited to, anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. You will have the opportunity to engage with a diverse patient demographic, tailoring your approach to meet the unique needs of each individual. Your efforts will significantly contribute to helping our clients achieve their therapeutic goals.

Qualifications

• Active and valid state certification as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD.
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that promote trust and rapport with clients.
• A demonstrated ability to exhibit empathy, compassion, and a nonjudgmental attitude.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, allowing for efficiency in handling caseloads.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in providing therapy in a remote setting.
• Familiarity with different therapeutic modalities including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), or trauma-informed care.
• Background in working with specific populations such as children, adolescents, couples, or individuals with severe mental illnesses.
