Job Description

  • Draft high-quality RFP, tender, framework, RFQ, RFI and proposal responses for international Health Information Systems opportunities.
  • Interpret customer requirements and produce compliant, persuasive answers aligned to scoring criteria.
  • Create executive summaries, solution narratives, implementation responses, value propositions and case study content.
  • Maintain response matrices, track mandatory requirements and ensure all submission instructions are met.
  • Validate claims, product statements, certifications, references and commitments with internal subject matter experts.
  • Coordinate input from sales, product, clinical, technical, legal, security, finance and leadership stakeholders.
  • Manage version control, deadlines, review cycles and final document quality before submission.

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) AND Eight (8) years of experience in healthcare technology, Health Information Systems, digital health, revenue cycle, clinical software, analytics or enterprise software.

OR

  • High School Diploma/GED from Twelve (12) years of experience in healthcare technology, Health Information Systems, digital health, revenue cycle, clinical software, analytics or enterprise software.

AND

In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience writing RFP, tender, bid or proposal responses in a complex B2B environment
  • Background in business, communications, English, journalism, healthcare, life sciences, technical writing or a related field.

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

  • Demonstrable ability to produce compliant, persuasive and technically accurate written responses under deadline pressure.
  • Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders, including sales, product, technical, legal, security, finance or leadership teams.
  • Excellent written English and strong ability to simplify complex healthcare, technical or commercial content.
  • Strong document control, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple live deadlines at the same time.
  • Experience in responding to public sector healthcare tenders or international procurement opportunities.
  • APMP Foundation, Practitioner or equivalent bid/proposal management training.
  • Familiarity with proposal management platforms, content libraries, CRM systems or bid workflow tools.
  • Fluent in multiple languages.
