As a Licensed Professional Counselor, you will take on the following responsibilities:

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, establishing rapport and building strong, positive therapeutic relationships while upholding ethical standards.
• Conduct regular sessions to monitor client progress, assess stability, and make recommendations for discharge when appropriate.
• Develop, implement, and regularly evaluate personalized treatment plans centered around each client's unique needs.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including progress notes and treatment updates for each client.
• Conduct intake assessments to determine the most appropriate treatment options and engage clients in their mental health journey.
• Partake in individual supervision sessions for professional growth and development.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care, sharing insights and strategies that lead to improved patient outcomes.
• Embrace a mindset focused on continuous growth, adaptation, and learning in all professional interactions.

In this role, you will engage with a wide range of clients, including adults and children facing various mental health challenges. Your expertise will help clients navigate issues related to anxiety, depression, trauma, and more, all while ensuring that care is tailored to their specific circumstances and goals. By providing support in a safe and understanding environment, you will play a crucial role in enhancing their overall well-being.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in mental health counseling or a related field.
• A valid and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential.
• At least one year of clinical experience in an outpatient setting post-graduation.
• Proficiency in using computer systems including Excel spreadsheets, RMS systems, Outlook, and Pimsy.

Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families is highly preferred. Counselors who are comfortable conducting intake assessments and have background knowledge in various therapeutic modalities will excel in this role.
