Our team manages incoming leads, client onboarding and ongoing support for law practices nationwide.Our Legal Intake Specialists serve as the premier point of contact for individuals reaching out to our partner law firms. In this position, you will be responsible for evaluating and qualifying incoming inquiries, delivering compassionate customer care and ensuring a smooth, professional onboarding process from the very first call. Requirements:Location: Must reside in Texas.Availability: Must be able to work one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) and be available for Holidays.
