JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a Patient Intake Coordinator to join our growing team. In this remote, Texas-based role, you will serve as the first point of contact for new patients, providing exceptional customer service while guiding them through the new patient intake process.
As a Patient Intake Coordinator, you will manage a high volume of inbound calls (approximately 40–50 calls per day), gather and communicate detailed patient information, and ensure each caller is directed to the appropriate department when necessary. Success in this role requires strong multitasking abilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to navigate multiple systems efficiently while delivering a positive patient experience.
