• Manage a diverse caseload of clients by establishing rapport and maintaining professional boundaries aligned with ethical standards.
• Conduct regular meetings with clients to discuss their progress, assess stability, and coordinate discharge plans when appropriate.
• Develop, implement, and monitor personalized treatment plans that empower clients towards their mental health goals.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation and progress notes for each client to ensure continuity of care.
• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate the needs and potential challenges of clients.
• Facilitate individual counseling sessions weekly, employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to client needs.
• Participate in individual supervision to enhance clinical skills and professional growth.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team, including psychiatrists and other counselors, to provide integrated care.
• Foster a growth mindset, approaching challenges as opportunities for professional development.

You will primarily serve a diverse population of clients who seek support for various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your role will be crucial in providing vital therapeutic support that enhances the overall well-being of individuals and families in our community.

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field.
• Current and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Oregon.
• A minimum of one year of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting.
• Proficiency in utilizing various technology platforms, including RMS systems, Excel, Outlook, and PIMSY for effective documentation and client management.
• Experience delivering direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families, ensuring a tailored approach to therapy.
• Comfort and competence in conducting thorough intake assessments, enabling accurate diagnosis and treatment planning.

• Experience utilizing evidence-based practices in treating clients across various demographics.
• Knowledge of multi-disciplinary approaches and practices within outpatient psychiatric care.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment.

• Annual earnings potential of $75,000 to $90,000 through a fee-for-service model, ensuring payment ahead of collections.
