Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate clientsโ€™ mental health status and needs.
  • Deliver personalized therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), ensuring clients receive care tailored to their individual needs.
  • Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans based on ongoing assessments and client feedback.

Qualifications
  • A masterโ€™s level degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • An active, state-issued license in social work (LCSW), marriage and family therapy (LMFT), professional counseling (LPC), or psychology (PsyD, PhD) allowing for unsupervised practice.
  • Minimum of two years of experience providing clinical psychotherapy to adults, including demonstrable skills in treatment planning and implementing therapeutic interventions.
  • Exceptional documentation skills and proficiency in conducting thorough intake assessments.
  • A clean professional record with no disciplinary actions from any licensing boards.
  • Licensed to practice within the state of Oregon.

Compensation and Benefits
