The Transformative Trauma Counseling Center is currently seeking a Full-Time Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to provide exceptional therapeutic services to clients facing a variety of mental health challenges. This remote position allows you to work from the comfort of your home while collaborating with a professional healthcare team. In this role, you will engage with clients, assess their mental health status, and devise effective treatment plans tailored to their unique needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a manageable caseload of clients, establishing rapport while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The clients you will work with come from diverse backgrounds and face a variety of challenges, including but not limited to substance abuse issues, depression, anxiety, and eating disorders. Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.
  • A current, unrestricted, and independent Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license from the state of Oregon is necessary.
  • A minimum of one year of clinical experience in an outpatient mental health setting is required.
  • Exceptional critical thinking, communication, and active listening skills are essential for building therapeutic relationships and achieving client outcomes.
Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
