• Manage a caseload of clients, fostering rapport and establishing positive therapeutic relationships while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.
• Conduct regular meetings with clients to review treatment progress, assess stability, and discuss future appointments, with discharge planning as necessary.
• Design, implement, and monitor personalized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including progress notes and treatment records, using electronic health record systems.
• Perform intake assessments to gather comprehensive client backgrounds, including mental health history and presenting issues.
• Engage in individual therapy sessions per week, addressing a variety of concerns and treatment goals.
• Participate in supervision sessions for professional development and case discussion.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to client care.

Your primary focus will be assessing and treating clients in an outpatient setting, encompassing a wide range of mental health concerns. You will work closely with individuals, children, and families, tailoring therapeutic interventions to the unique dynamics and needs of each client. With access to telehealth tools, you’ll adapt to the varying levels of comfort and needs of clients dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and more.

• A Master’s degree in mental health counseling or a closely related field.
• Valid and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential.
• A minimum of one year of post-graduate clinical experience within an outpatient environment.
• Proficiency with technology, including familiarity with electronic health record systems and communication platforms.
• Experience delivering direct psychotherapy services to a diverse client base.
• Competence in conducting intake assessments and formulating suitable treatment plans.

• Experience in providing teletherapy or virtual counseling services.
• Knowledge of various therapeutic modalities and evidence-based practices relevant to outpatient settings.
• Familiarity with RMS systems and project management software.

The compensation for this role ranges from $75,000 to $90,000 annually, reflecting your experience and contributions to our mission of mental wellness.
